The previous 侨商大厦 situated at 100 Queen’s Road Central was demolish in October 2006 and redeveloped into a Grade-A office building “100 QRC” with a total gross floor area of 18,000 sqm. The project was awarded the "Environmental Lighting Award" by BCI Asia in 2007.
