Sugar+ was redeveloped from 2 old buildings into a high-end Ginza-style complex. Demolition works commenced in Q1 2018 and topping out of structure was completed in December 2020. With a vision to “Enlighten Lifestyle”, the project features a mixture of dining, entertainment and retail offerings.
